The Fancy Royal Medallion, also known as Slip Pits, is our top of the line USDA Grade A dried apricot that is kept whole with only the pit slipped out. These apricots go through a very personal process where everything is done by hand. Royal Medallions are hand-picked, hand selected, and hand placed on drying trays. These are 1 ¼ inch in diameter.
What's the difference between these and "regular" Royal Medallions? Fancy Royal Medallions are smaller in size.

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that we do not ship internationally.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Finally, note that B&R Farms reserves the right to a 2-week turnaround shipping time for all orders during high-traffic months and harvesting season.
Quality Guarantee
Dried apricots will keep many weeks left out in a jar for snacking, but they will start to lose moisture after a few weeks. Also, if they begin to darken in color, that means that the sulfur is dissipating. They are still good to eat. Make sure that your apricots are stored in an air-tight container to prevent both moisture loss and darkening.
The best way to store a large supply of dried apricots is in your refrigerator (for several months) or in your freezer (for more than a year), sealed in a large resealable plastic freezer bag or jar.
Returns & Refunds
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the care of the selected delivery service. If damage occurs during transit, B&R Farms is not responsible for issuing a refund. We recommend reaching out to the carrier directly to file a damage claim, as they are accountable for any mishandling during delivery.
