INGREDIENTS
1 C plain yogurt
1/4 C B&R Farms Dried Apricots, coarsely chopped
3 T white wine vinegar
1 T minced onion
1/2 t salt
1/8 t freshly ground pepper
1/8 t dry mustard
DIRECTIONS
In electric blender, combine yogurt and apricots; blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; blend until combined. Chill. Serve with tossed or Chef's salads.
