INGREDIENTS
12 wings separated
1 bottle Classic BBQ Sauce
¼ cup bourbon
2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
½ teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
INGREDIENTS FOR THE JALAPENO-MUSTARD APRICOT SAUCE
½ cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoon jalapeno jelly
1 tablespoons B & R Farms Apricot Preserves
DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F.
To make wings:
Pour 1-2 inches of oil in the pan and heat to 350 degrees F
Fry chicken wing pieces until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from oil and set over paper towels to drain. Stir and combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add in fried chicken pieces and toss to coat. Transfer to a bake sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. Serve immediately with sauce

Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
