INGREDIENTS
1/2-1 C sugar (depending on taste)
2 T cornstarch
1 bottle B&R Farms Apricot Topping
1 t vanilla
6 lg red apples, coarsely chopped
8 medium firm bananas, sliced
1 medium fresh pineapple, peeled, cored & cut into chunks
1 quart fresh strawberries, quartered
2 cups green grapes
DIRECTIONS
In a microwave safe bowl, stir the sugar, cornstarch and apricot topping until smooth.
Microwave uncovered on high for 6-8 minutes.
Stir in vanilla. Refrigerate.
In a large bowl, combine the fruit.
Drizzle with dressing, gently toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate until serving.
Makes 26 – 1 cup servings.
