INGREDIENTS
30 B&R Farms Dried Apricots
30 fresh Sage leaves
10 strips of good quality peppered bacon
3 T B & R Farms Dried Apricot Honey Spread
Toothpicks
DIRECTIONS
Place apricots cup side up on a cookie sheet. Place sage leaf on each apricot and wrap with a piece of bacon, positioning with the seam down.
Bake at 375F until bacon gets crispy (approx. 8 minutes). Lightly brush with a little apricot honey spread and skewer with toothpicks to serve.
Options: Substitute apricot honey spread with maple syrup. Substitute peppered bacon with maple bacon.
