Great recipe to make with the kids! Messy to make, delightful to eat!
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ C B & R Farms Dried Apricots
2 C flaked coconut
2/3 C sweetened condensed milk
confectioners' sugar
DIRECTIONS
Chop dried apricots in a food processor.
Transfer to a bowl; add coconut and milk.
Shape into 1” balls (this part is very sticky) and roll in sugar.
Place on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper and refrigerate until firm.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer or refrigerator.
Yield: 3 dozen.
