Your confirmed order should ship between 24-48 hours from the time we receive it, unless otherwise specified. If you order on a weekend, your order will be processed that Monday (unless it is a holiday that we are closed).
We use USPS and Fed Ex for most orders within the Continental US.
UPS Ground/Fed Ex Ground take approximately 5 business days to the mid-West & East coast. Within California, it usually takes 1 business day in major cities and 2 business days in more rural locations. Our website allows you to ship out various levels of express shipments and can also estimate shipping costs during the check out process.
Shipping fees are calculated by the shipper according to delivery location and package weight.
No, we cannot ship internationally.
Yes, you can add several items to your cart, add several recipients' names and addresses and designate which items will be shipped to which person within one order.
Make sure that you have chosen "USA" in the country for your shipping location. If USA is not shown, it will only display UPS. A tell-tale sign is that there will be a '214' after your zip code.
