Your dried apricots are the best tasting and texture since the ones my grandfather dried on his farm. I love 'em.

I grew up in Los Altos hills where my first job was cutting cots and putting them on the drying trays. You felt proud every time you had your card punched. I can't remember how much a lug, maybe 15 cents. B&R cot are fantastic and bring back those memories of the late 50's during my Montana winters.

i bought the 4 lb bag of Blenheims for my mom who was born and raised in San Jose (she is now 80 and lives out of state). These apricots brought her back to when she was growing up in San Jose. They are absolutely what she remembered and she loves them

My biggest challenge is closing the bag once it's opened. The flavor -- a bit of tart and a bit of sweet -- is unlike any other apricot variety. They are a rare and special treat. Thank you for keeping this variety going; they are simply spectacular.

Our family had very limited means, and when I was sick, my parents would ask me what I wanted. It was always the same - "dried apricots". Because they were expensive and a big stretch, my parents built a smoke house and learned to dry fruit. We would all go to the orchards in the summer, pick bushels of apricots and dry them. We would give away bags and bags to all of our relatives and friends. That was in the 60's. I have spent a lifetime searching for an apricot that captures the aroma and flavor of those tree-ripened, apricots. I consider myself a connoisseur of sorts of dried apricots. Look no further. B&R Farms is it!! These are, in my estimation, the best, the most flavorful, the most beautiful, dried apricots I have found. Thank you B&R family for fulfilling my lifelong search and bringing back a sweet childhood memory. Hip Hip Hooray for B&R!!
