Another Apricot Season in the Books

This was one of the most unique fresh fruit seasons at B&R Farms. Because of this, we had the perfect opportunity to open up our farm to the community to pick their own Blenheim beauties all season instead of just for a few weekends. Being able to talk with everyone that comes to visit and finding out where they came from is one of the best parts of the job. This year, we had people coming to pick our apricots from San Francisco, Australia, Pakistan and so many others!

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who came out to support this family farm and we hope all of you had fun picking your own fresh fruit! Hopefully we will see each of you again next year as well. Remember, the fresh Blenheim apricot season usually starts around the first week of July so mark your calendars!

Even though the fresh fruit is over, we still have a lot going on at the farm. Our store is still open every week day from 9-5 selling all of your favorite dried apricot products as well as preserves and the ever-so popular Apricot Freeze. So, if you have some free time, come stop by and say hello!
