INGREDIENTS

8 oz cream cheese, softened
½–¾ cup diced dried apricots
⅓ cup crushed almonds
Fresh basil, finely chopped
Honey, for drizzling

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced apricots, crushed almonds, and chopped basil. Mix until evenly blended.
  2. Shape the softened cream cheese into a log.
  3. Roll the cream cheese log in the apricot-almond mixture, gently pressing so the coating adheres evenly on all sides.
  4. For serving, you can present the log whole or slice it into medallions for easy serving - perfect for adding to a charcuterie board.
  5. Drizzle with honey just before serving.
  6. Serve with crackers, crostini, or fresh fruit for a deliciously sweet and savory appetizer.
