INGREDIENTS
1 container of raspberries, divided (saving half for garnish)
1 cup plain yogurt
½ cup dark chocolate, melted
¼ cup B&R Farms Diced Apricots
1 tbs syrup
DIRECTIONS
- Mash half the container of raspberries into the yogurt and mix with the syrup until combined.
- Spread out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture.
- Top with the diced apricots and remaining raspberries.
- Freeze for two hours then break into pieces before serving.
