Dark Chocolate Apricot Raspberry Bark

INGREDIENTS

1 container of raspberries, divided (saving half for garnish)

1 cup plain yogurt

½ cup dark chocolate, melted

¼ cup B&R Farms Diced Apricots

1 tbs syrup

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mash half the container of raspberries into the yogurt and mix with the syrup until combined.
  2. Spread out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture.
  4. Top with the diced apricots and remaining raspberries.
  5. Freeze for two hours then break into pieces before serving.
