Apricot Yogurt Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

12.5 oz B & R Farms Dried Apricot Topping
6 oz vanilla yogurt (custard style works best)
1 C orange juice
2 C ice cubes
1-2 T ground flax seed, if desired

DIRECTIONS 

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Pour into two tall glasses and serve immediately.

Alternative: Make this into popsicles by pouring mixture into small paper cups (spray inside lightly with cooking spray), insert a small plastic spoon and freeze. When serving, tear off cup and enjoy!
