Apricot and Strawberry Mixed Green Salad

1 package of Mixed Greens

1⁄2 cup chopped dried apricot

1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries

4 ounces  crumbled feta . cheese

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Apricot Vinaigrette

1/3 cup olive oil

2 TBS apricot spread

2 TBS Big Paw Apricot Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Mix Apricot Vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss.
